Here are the elements you need to chek for image optimization:

I. The size of the images: the images must not exceed 100KB

II. The alt attribute of images: the alt attribute must be filled in and if it is, it must be optimized, i.e. it must correspond to the image or the article (not just numbers)

To see all this you need to launch Screaming Frog.

I. Images over 100KB

1. Add your site and launch the crawl

2. Then on the right side of the screen you have to go to "Images" and then "Over 100KB".

3. We can find 64 images over 100KB. For these images you need to create a task and ask to review the size. You also need to upload a doc with the urls of all these images. To do this, you need to click on "Export". Your doc should look like this:

II. Alt attribute not filled in or not well filled in

To see all images that dont have the alt attribute filled in, you need to look on the right side of the screen and then go to "Images" and then "Missing alt attribute". We can see that we have 164.

For these 164 images you need to create a task asking to add alt tags that dynamically take the title of the pages. For this, you need fisrt to upload the doc with all the images that dont have the alt attribute filled in. Your doc should look like this:

To see the alt attributes that are not properly filled in, you need to go "Images" and then "All". Then you need to select all this images and click on "Inlinks" in the bottom.

After this you need to export the doc. You will have a doc with alt attributes of all the images of the site.Then you have to filter and remove the empty boxes (i.e. the images that dont have an alt attribute because already seen). The doc should look like this.

Then you have to identify the images with alt attributes that are not well informed, group them in a file and make a task to the tech by asking them to replace the alt of these images by alt that takes dynamically the title of the pages.
